Macro Audit Journal is provided for journaling, analytics, and educational review. It does not provide financial advice and does not guarantee trading outcomes. Trading involves risk of loss.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
Paid features: Some features may require a paid subscription ("Pro").
Web purchases: If you purchase via the website, payments may be processed by third-party payment processors (for example, crypto payments via NOWPayments). We do not store full payment card details.
Android purchases: If you purchase via Google Play, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Google under Google Play's terms and policies.
Renewals and cancellation: Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. Cancelling typically stops future billing and you may keep access until the period ends.
Refunds: Unless required by law, purchases of digital services are non-refundable. If a refund is available (for example through Google Play), it will be handled by the relevant store/processor.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in suspension or termination of access to Pro features and/or the App.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app.
Do not upload unlawful or malicious content.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer protected systems.
6. Your Content and Data
Your data: You own the trading/journal data and content you input into the App.
Permission to operate: You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service (for example, syncing between devices).
Backups: You are responsible for maintaining your own records as needed. We do not guarantee that the Service will always preserve your data without loss.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. You are responsible for maintaining your own records as needed.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Macro Audit Journal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
