Account Information: Email address and name provided during sign-up.
Trading Data: Trade entry/exit prices, dates, and notes you explicitly enter.
Device Information: We may collect basic device information (model, OS version) for troubleshooting and analytics.
Images: Profile pictures or trade screenshots you upload.
Support Communications: Messages you send to us (for example, emails for support).
Subscription Status: We may store whether your account has an active subscription and its end date. Payment processing is handled by third parties and we do not store full payment card details.
3. How We Use Your Information
Core Functionality: To provide the trading journal features, calculate analytics, and sync data across your devices.
Improvement: To identify bugs and improve App performance.
Communication: To send important updates regarding your account or the App (e.g., password resets).
4. Data Storage & Security
Cloud Storage: Data is stored securely using Convex, an industry-standard real-time backend platform.
Local Storage: Data is also stored locally on your device for offline access.
Security: We use reasonable technical safeguards, including encryption in transit (SSL/TLS). Your App PIN is stored as a one-way hash locally (not in plaintext).
5. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell your personal data.
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the Service.
Infrastructure (Convex): Authentication and database hosting.
Email delivery (SendGrid): Used to send account and verification emails.
Payments (third parties): If you purchase on the web, a payment processor (for example NOWPayments for crypto) processes the payment. If you purchase on Android, Google Play processes the payment.
We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics (for example, overall feature usage) to improve the Service.
6. Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete data from within the App (for example, Reset Data) and you can request account deletion.
7. User Rights
Access & Edit: You can view and edit your data at any time within the App.
Deletion: You can request full account deletion or use the "Reset Data" features within the App to wipe local/cloud data.
8. Third-Party Policies
Third-party services (such as Convex, SendGrid, NOWPayments, and Google Play) may process data on our behalf. Their own privacy policies may also apply to your use of those services.
